  1. Arithmetic mean (AM), geometric mean (GM), coefficient of variance (CV) and standard deviation (SD) of the amplification rate E and the Ct-values for every potential reference gene. The genes are ordered by their SDCt-value. Genes that showed a SDCt-valuesmaller than the SD-threshold are considered to be suitable reference genes and marked in bold. The last three rows show the maximum and minimum values of the over- and under-expression of a gene in relation to its calculated geometric mean (displayed as x-fold ratio) as well as the standard deviation (calculated with BestKeeper).
