Optimized parameter values: for liver Ļ„ = 16.2803, a = 0.2544, b = 0.0118, k = 0.7360; for kidney: Ļ„ = 24.6519, a = 0.2522, b = 0.0193, k = 0.8859. Relative least squared error 7.8132e-04 for liver and 9.0954e-04 for kidney.
