An illustration of an overall CPASS results table that lists the reference (queried) CPASS score, the comparison CPASS score, the percent similarity between the two CPASS scores, and the CPASS IDs for the reference and comparison ligand-defined binding sites. A functional description and a link to the corresponding PROFESS [25] page for each comparison protein is also provided. The CPASS ID (highlighted) for the comparison ligand-defined binding site is a link to a detailed description of the specific ligand-binding site alignment (see Figure 5).
