  1. Medical specialists: are medical doctors with an MD degree plus a specialty certificate in internal medicine or pediatrics.
  2. GPs: General practitioners are practitioners with a first degree in medicine. They are authorized to provide clinical services to patients presenting at hospitals and higher or mid-level clinics.
  3. HO: Health Officers are health professionals with a first degree in public health. They have adequate clinical training and are authorized to provide clinical services to patients presenting at mid-level clinics.
