Shown are the individual quantification cycle (Cq) values of the candidate reference genes in unstimulated and anti-CD3/CD28 activated T cells (A) and in unstimulated and LPS-stimulated neutrophils (B). Differences in Cq values of paired samples (stimulated [unfilled circles] vs. untreated control [black circles]) were tested for statistical significance (p < 0.05) by paired t-test or Wilcoxon signed rank test, if data were normally or not normally distributed, respectively.
