Sulfadiazine foliar spray selection of T 1 pCS4-GFP transgenic plants grown at a high density in soil. Sulfadiazine solution (500 mg/L with 0.03% L-77 silwet) was applied every third day for a total of three applications. A) Plant growth 21 days after the initial sulfadiazine application.
