  1. Although a direct comparison between numbers should be avoided (due to proteins having multiple GOs and the presence of homologous proteins in the proteins groups, especially in the previous study where it is a logical result of the target database construction), the general levels of abundance are largely comparable between the two studies. Additionally, this study revealed 6 new GO annotations.
