Nuclear staining for Slug and Twist was observed in the neoplastic cells. Immunohistochemistry for mesenchymal markers, matrix metalloproteinase-2 (C) and -9 (D). Both matrix metalloproteinase-2 (C) and -9 (D) are expressed in the tumor cells.
