From: Cold stress alters transcription in meiotic anthers of cold tolerant chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.)
Time after onset of cold stress at which the transcripts showed >2 fold change in expression. The expression using RT-qPCR was studied at six time points (0Â h, 1.5Â h, 12Â h, 24Â h, 72Â h and 120Â h) after initiation of cold stress and is presented as fold change absolute compared to expression at 0Â h. Chickpea actin gene acted as control and was used for normalization of expression data.
