Detection of elongation factor 1 alpha gene of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. ciceris by LAMP. (A) LAMP detection using HNB as a visual indicator. The reaction becomes sky blue if the target gene is present (Tube 2) but remains violet if the gene is absent (Tube 1). (B) Agarose gel electrophoresis of LAMP products. The positive reaction is manifested as a ladder-like pattern on the 1.5% agarose gel. M = 100 bp DNA marker. Lane1: Positive reaction (with target DNA). Lane B: Control (without template DNA).
