Complete genome alignment of different S. Typhimurium phage types generated using BRIG [44]. S. Typhimurium strain LT2 (DT4) genome is used as a reference and its four associated prophages (Fels-1, Fels-2, Gifsy-1 and Gifsy-2) and the phage remnant are also included in the alignment. The draft genome of both DT8 and DT30 variants harbours Gifsy-2 and the phage remnant but lacks Gifsy-1, Fels-1 and Fels-2
