Mitogenome relationships in Atlantic cod. Maximum likelihood (ML) phylogenetic tree based on complete mitogenome haplotype sequences (15,592 common nucleotide positions) of 156 Atlantic cod specimens. Theragra finnmarchica (Norwegian Pollock; AM489718) mitogenome was used as an outgroup in tree construction. Bootstrap values (%) from 2000 replicates, all over 70%, are shown at branches.
