Each line represents an individual sequence and the number of identical clones presenting that sequence is indicated on the right. (B) Expression analysis of miR-200c and miR-141 in various breast cancer cell lines. Data are mean of triplicates and are calculated relative to miR-16 expression, which in all experiments did not exhibit significant differences in Ct values between samples.
