  1. We examined whether the 302 differentially expressed GO terms (0.02_de_GO_terms) identified at a GSEA q-value threshold of 0.02 were also identified at the other GSEA q-value thresholds. “GSEA q-value threshold” shows the q-value thresholds used in GSEA. “number of GO terms” denotes the total number of 0.02_de_GO_terms identified at each GSEA q-value threshold. “average correlation” represents the average correlation coefficient between “GSEA + MIMGO” and “> (avg + std)” in Figure 3C for all 0.02_de_GO_terms identified at each GSEA q-value threshold. “standard deviation” describes the standard deviation of the correlation coefficient for all 0.02_de_GO_terms identified at each GSEA q-value threshold. “minimum correlation” shows the minimum of the correlation coefficient for all 0.02_de_GO_terms identified at each GSEA q-value threshold. “correlation >0.9” and “correlation <0.1” show the total numbers of 0.02_de_GO_terms showing the correlation coefficient over 0.9 and under 0.1, respectively, for all 0.02_de_GO_terms identified at each GSEA q-value threshold.
