SDS-PAGE with uninduced and IPTG-induced E. coli BL21 (DE3) Star/pAE/LigB (131-645aa) samples normalized by absorbance at 600 nm from assay 3 (Abs ind  = 2.0 and IPTG 0.1 mM), total protein extract separated into soluble and insoluble fractions of recombinant protein in 20 mM Tris/1 mM EDTA/0.1% Triton X-100 (pH8). Unind = uninduced; Ind = induced; TE = Total Extract.
