  1. The sample size was N = 20 in the treadmill only group and N = 28 in the treadmill plus visual feedback (+VFB) group. One participant was lost for body mass index (BMI) calculation in the treadmill only group (N = 19), as weight was not recorded for the participant. Falls were the number of reported falls by participants within the previous 12 months. Two group T-test were conducted on the variables: age, body mass index (BMI), mini-mental status exam (MMSE) and reported falls in the previous 12 months. A 2-WAY repeated measures analysis of variance was conducted on the variable activity specific balance confidence (ABC) scale
